This new Lightroom 5 preset pack from Matt Kloskowski takes advantage of the brand new Radial Filter effect in Lightroom 5. You'll find different versions of each preset that let you control the area in the photo you want to highlight, by putting a small spotlight effect on that area. You'll also see 3 different strength settings so you can really fine tune the effect for your specific images.
